Been using height breakthrough on and off for a few weeks now coming up to a month. Initially I noticed a lot of limits being dissolved very quickly. Mentally there’s no resistance to growing taller and it’s also removed negative beliefs like “I am small” “I can’t grow taller” when I’ve focused on those beliefs. Shaktipat: this I got a week ago and has been very helpful in this week, first activation I did very late at night and it kept me awake for sometime, which i expected to happen and didn’t have anything on the next day anyways, it gave me lots of movement through my body and a very nice feeling in general and a very nice feeling , not like the bliss of kundalini rising as such (when this has properly happened for me it is very overwhelming and ‘crazy’ this was calm) but just a calm feeling I can’t really explain. The next day activated a few times to sit with it and had many old memories come to surface and was nice to watch them come and go as was things I forgotten about.
